Sometimes you hunt around for a good interview and sometimes one just presents itself. The latter was the case with this interview.

I had just finished the Women in Bio discussion when a woman asked about the odd looking piece of tech sitting on the table (it was my Blue Snowball microphone). We talked a bit and I realised that there was an interview standing there waiting to happen.

Linda Molnar is CEO and Co-Founder of Simpatica, a precision medicine company based in the SOMA District of San Francisco. SOMA is South of Market and is home to many tech entrepreneurs and their companies. Linda was busy preparing to host an afternoon panel on 'Personalized Health as a Potential Enabler of Personalized Medicine' and had a not only a deep passion for personalized health but also a deep well of knowledge. She become involved in it at least 11 years ago when she was with the National Cancer Institute.

Here is our conversation.
