Medical Funding Opportunities in the US Department of Defense

BioAlberta and the National Research Council of Canada's Industrial Research Assistance Program is presenting a workshop on life science funding opportunities within the US Department of Defense. The Department of Defense has been expressing the need for increased research and development yielding products that help address issues experienced by the soldiers returning from duty. This workshop will address such issues with a keynote speech by Dave D. Hood, who previously served as the Senior Advisor to the Principal Assistant for Acquisitions at the US Army Medical Research and Material Command.
